Return & Exchange Policy

If you bought the phone directly from our website, please email info@enviro-tech.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return or exhange. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

At Enviro-Tech, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

  • The product must not have been used, installed, or altered in any way.

 

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.

  • If the item is in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

 

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items, unless there was an error on our part.

  • We do not accept returns for gift cards.
